** 7/13/2026 AMENDMEN 0002 - The government herby amends the solicitation to adjust the Period of Performance. The amended period of performance has been amended from 14 July 2026 - 15 July 2026 to 27 July 2026 - 28 July 2026. The Lockport location will take place on 27 July 2026 while the J Edward Roush location will take place on 28 July 2026. The SOW has been amended to reflect this change. The deadline for quotes has been extended to 17 July 2026 at Noon (Central). There are no other changes to the solicitation.** ** 6/25/2026 AMENDMENT 0001- Amendment 0001 include additional information based on potential offerors inquiries. Please see attached for additional details. ** Under this notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an under-bridge snooper truck.****GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS: In this acquisition The Government is seeking vendors to provide one (1) operated Under Bridge Access Equipment (UB) unit and all necessary traffic control services to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in conducting under-bridge safety inspections. The services are required for a total of two (2) consecutive business days at two (2) separate locations: one day at the Lockport Lock Access Bridge in Lockport, IL, and one day at the J Edward Roush Lake Dam in Huntington, IN. The contractor is responsible for providing the UB unit, certified operators, and a complete traffic control package including personnel and equipment. The government is responsible for performing the actual bridge inspections. In order to submit a quote, your firm must register with sam.gov, as a pre-requirement to do business with the federal government and prior to registering with the DoD Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)system. Your firm must register with PIEE in order to access the solicitation and must submit quote responses in PIEE. Use the PIEE System Registration link:- https://piee.eb.mil, and follow the instructions on their website. Contact the PIEE helpdesk if you have any issues. ****The only authorized transmission method for quote responses to this request for quote is electronically via PIEE online submission.
