Soda Springs Ranch Open Space Preserve

The Soda Springs Ranch Open Space Preserve project, identified by solicitation number 49-09252025-378, involves the annexation of 208.72 acres into the City of Cloverdale for the establishment of a conservation easement. The project aims to preserve open space and facilitate light recreational activities through pre-zoning as Conservation. Key infrastructure improvements include the construction of three multi-use pedestrian and bicycle trails totaling 0.94 miles, eleven picnic sites, a 2,000-square-foot parking area at the West 2nd Street and Foothill Boulevard entrance, and various roadway, signage, and fencing enhancements.
