The Idaho Department of Administration, Division of Purchasing, has issued a notice of intent to approve a sole source authorization for Idaho Public Television to procure Allegience Web Module Call Center Services from ACD. This procurement, conducted under Idaho Code section 67-9221 and IDAPA 38.05.01.045, is a renewal of SSA #17034, which has been in place since 2016. The authorization is based on the determination that ACD is the only vendor capable of providing the proprietary web module required for direct, real-time API integration with the Allegiance CRM system. This technical exclusivity allows for the automated transfer of donor data to the Verification Bin during high-volume on-air pledging campaigns, a functionality not available through other providers. The contract covers a period of performance from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, with an annual cost of 24,000 dollars. The scope of work includes real-time donation tracking, automated synchronization of donor information, and scalable support for fluctuating call volumes. As a sole source procurement, no competitive bidding was conducted, and the award is justified by the unique compatibility of ACD's simple pledge product with existing agency systems. The procurement is managed by Michelle Koehler of Idaho Public Television and is processed through the Idaho Procurement Online system.
