Eaglecrest Ski Area an enterprise fund of the City and Borough of Juneau (City or CBJ) seeks proposals from qualified businesses to operate food and beverage concessions inside the Eaglecrest Ski Area Fish Creek Lodge located at 3000 Fish Creek Rd, Juneau, Alaska. Motivated concessionaires are encouraged to respond with the information requested in this solicitation. Eaglecrest will review responses and invite the best prospective candidate(s) to participate in investigative discussions regarding the opportunity. Eaglecrest plans to negotiate a mutually acceptable contract for the food and beverage concession with the best apparent responsive and responsible proposer. Eaglecrest envisions entering into a multi-year term contract for Food and Beverage Concessionaire Services with the selected Contractor. The anticipated initial annual contract period will begin November 1, 2026 (or as- soon-as logistically feasible) to the end of June 30, 2027.
