Full Description

Project scope involves replacing all piping (influent and effluent) to each pump including the suction bell line in the wetwell, valves, motors, motor control, and SCADA connections to SY06, Bldg 1575. Replacement of the station’s piping includes the drop piping into the wetwell up and the gravity main to B1 manhole. The forcemain (effluent) piping shall be replaced to PVC pipe transition just past the fenceline. Also included in the scope is the repair of the wetwell (concrete spalling, cracks, and holes) and recoating of the wetwell. Currently, both pumps are inoperable and influent pipe to the pumps are cracked. Wastewater is being bypassed to another station until completion of this project.
