Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract includes security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement for Volunteer Coordinator services in the Kelowna area. Objectives: Provide a volunteer service that addresses recruitment, orientation training, monitoring and implementation of volunteer activities to meet offender needs. Deliverables: The Volunteer Coordinator must: 1. Ensure volunteer applications are completed for each volunteer. 2. Ensure security clearance for each potential volunteer is processed through CSC National Headquarters 3. Provide a monthly status report of volunteer hours and activities as well as offender participation to the Project Authority.
