Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement for Volunteer Coordinator services in the Kelowna area. Objectives: Provide a volunteer service that addresses recruitment, orientation training, monitoring and implementation of volunteer activities to meet offender needs. Deliverables: The Volunteer Coordinator must: 1. Ensure volunteer applications are completed for each volunteer. 2. Ensure security clearance for each potential volunteer is processed through CSC National Headquarters 3. Provide a monthly status report of volunteer hours and activities as well as offender participation to the Project Authority. Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none. Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment. Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery: Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of July 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods.
