This is a Modified COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both SAM and NECO (www.neco.navy.mil). The RFQ number is N0018924QG292. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses (www.acquisition.gov-far) and (www.acquisition.gov-dfars) NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton, CT Office intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract for Tent Event Rental Services for (NSCS) Change of Command Ceremony aboard Naval Station Newport in Newport, RI 02841. The Tent Event Rental Services shall include all rental items, equipment, transportation, machinery, and labor necessary to provide onsite delivery and assembly, dismantle and pick-up removal of the rental materials. The required period of performance is from Thursday, 15 August 2024 to Saturday, 17 August 2024.
