What is the Company Profile?

It's the backbone of CLEATUS — used to personalize contract recommendations, power compliance scoring, and tailor AI proposal drafts.

Why keep it updated?

Fresh details mean better matches, stronger compliance evaluation, and more accurate AI-generated proposals.

How do I set it up or edit it?

From the left navigation, open Company Profile and complete: Company Details, Preferences, Bid/No Bid, Capability Statement, and Past Performances. Save changes to fine-tune AI capture immediately.

What are Bid/No Bid preferences?

They tell CLEATUS what to chase or avoid. We use them to filter daily matches, inform Compliance Score, and guide AI recommendations.

What should I put in Deal Breakers (no bid)?

Examples: contract value over your bonding or target range, outside service region, 24/7 or on-site support you don't offer, hazardous materials or union requirements, holder-only vehicles (IDIQ/MACC) you're not on, high clearance (Secret+), turnarounds under 10 days.

What should I put in Deal Makers (bid)?

Examples: firm-fixed-price $250K–$1.5M, RFQs over RFPs, allows teaming/subs, open-market (not holder-only), 30+ day windows, renovation or repair vs. design-build, supply or equipment buys, local or adjacent states.

Who can see my profile?

Only your organization.

How often are matches updated?

Daily. New opportunities are auto-added to your Pipeline based on your profile, and manual adds are always available via Contract Search or Import Contract.

What is Past Performances?

A centralized record of contracts you've won. CLEATUS uses it to improve matching and strengthen proposals with relevant references.

How does CLEATUS get my awards?

Recent federal awards are auto-fetched. You can review and edit them.

What if an award is missing?

Add it manually: Company Profile → Past Performances → Add Award (works for older federal, state, local, or private awards).

How does CLEATUS use these?

To deliver better contract matches and auto-generate tailored past performance write-ups inside Proposal Writer.
