GovCon Copilot

GovCon Copilot is the CLEATUS AI agent. It plans, calls tools, and completes multi-step work for you. It is on every page and knows the page you have open.

  • Searches contracts, market intelligence, your pipeline, your customer relationship management (CRM) contacts, and the web to answer a question.
  • Reads requests for proposals (RFPs), amendments, and other contract documents that you upload or paste.
  • Builds charts, tables, and dashboards in the chat, and creates Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF files.
  • Changes your pipeline, custom fields, preferences, Document Hub, and workflows when you ask. It asks first before its biggest actions.
  • Uses Skills: saved instructions that you share with your team.

  • Real Word and Excel files, and government PDF forms filled in for you.

Workflows

Workflows is the automation engine in CLEATUS. Build multi-step sequences in a visual editor, or describe the process and CLEATUS builds the workflow for you.

  • Triggers: a new recommendation, a contract added to your pipeline, a phase change, a contract update or award, a saved search match, or a pursuit document upload. Workflows can also run on a schedule, from a webhook, or by hand.
  • AI steps: an AI Agent step reads documents and data and makes a decision. If / Else and Filter steps route the result.
  • Actions: send email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams messages, call webhooks and Zapier, update pursuits and custom fields, create tasks, save documents to Google Drive or SharePoint, and start a proposal.

The GovCon CRM in CLEATUS has two parts. The pipeline tracks every pursuit from Triage to award. The CRM keeps the people, companies, and agencies behind each bid.

  • Board and list views, with custom phases and tags.
  • Saved views that you can share with your whole team.
  • Tasks with a calendar view, multiple assignees, and due dates.
  • Assignment to users or to teams, with notes and an activity log.
  • Document folders on each pursuit.

  • Ask the agent to organize your files into folders.

Document Hub

Capture Profile

Your Capture Profile is the foundation of CLEATUS. It drives your recommendations and your proposals.

  • Company Details: your Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) import, contract sources, place of performance, set-asides, and certifications.
  • Capabilities: what your company does, with instant AI feedback on each capability.
  • Preferences: what you want more of and less of, from Must Have to Must Avoid. CLEATUS also suggests preferences from the contracts that you view and save.
  • Experience: your past performance. Federal contracts from SAM.gov import automatically.
