TWC seeks a qualified respondent to provide a comprehensive package of Conference Services, to include conference meeting space, food and beverage services, audio visual equipment and on-site support, daily parking options for attendees, and a block of guestrooms for approximately twenty (20) TWC staff members.
Estimated attendance is approximately three hundred fifty to six hundred (350 – 600) attendees for the one (1) day conferences in San Antonio, Horseshoe Bay and Arlington or their respective surrounding areas, and six hundred to eight hundred (600 – 800) attendees for the two (2) day conference in the Houston area.
