Caltrans has approved an encroachment permit for American Dark Fiber LLC to install approximately 354 feet of underground HDPE conduits containing fiber-optic cables within the state right-of-way along State Route 90 at postmile 2.84 and Interstate 405 at postmile 25.48 in Culver City, Los Angeles County.
