AI Contract Overview
The All of Us Research Program aims to facilitate scientific discovery by providing researchers access to biospecimens stored in its supported Biobank, enabling detailed biomarker analyses that explore associations with chronic diseases. This effort supports activities such as biomarker discovery and validation, disease stratification, and multiomics integration to improve understanding of disease risk, diagnosis, and prognosis, thereby advancing precision medicine. The program's historic goal is to enroll one million participants who contribute data to accelerate research and medical breakthroughs, focusing on how lifestyle, environment, and genetics influence health outcomes. This opportunity is forecasted under grant authorities 42 USC 241 and 284 and is sponsored by the National Institutes of Health within the Department of Health and Human Services. Researchers collaborating through this program will leverage the comprehensive All of Us data resource to enhance the development of individualized prevention, treatment, and care strategies. Key coordination is managed by the All of Us Research Program’s Innovative Collaborations and Ancillary Studies Branch, which can be contacted for further information.

Full Description
The All of Us Research Program seeks to advance its mission by enabling access to biospecimens stored in the All of Us supported Biobank for researchers to conduct assays to evaluate associations between biomarkers and chronic diseases and add data to the All of Us resource for broad use by researchers. Biomarker analysis includes, but is not limited to, biomarker discovery; biomarker validation; novel disease stratification; and multiomics integration for disease risk, diagnosis, and prognosis, in support of advancing precision medicine. The All of Us Research Program is a historic effort to enroll 1 million participants who share data to accelerate research and medical breakthroughs, and enable individualized prevention, treatment, and care. Researchers use data from the program to learn more about how individual differences in lifestyle, environment, and genetics can influence health and disease.
Grant authorities that allow the All of Us Research Program to forecast this opportunity are as follows: 42 USC 241 and 284.
