The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for the acquisition of four (4) EV utility cargo vans for the U.S. Mission, Paris, France.
The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract.
