Pinellas County recognizes the importance of proactively establishing a structured AI governance and strategic framework prior to widespread deployment. This RFP is intended to position the County as a responsible adopter of AI, ensuring that legal, ethical, cybersecurity, workforce, and fiscal considerations are addressed in advance. The County's objective is to align AI initiatives with strategic priorities, maintain compliance with Florida public records laws and other applicable regulations, protect confidential and sensitive data, and deliver measurable return on investment.
