3 July 2025 WIB Induct as emergency for FY25 (Cat.4 BTO) ----------- Current condition: One Air Handling Units, located in the roof, is not working. The internal cold water coil of the unit is damaged, beyond repair, not on catalogue as single spare part. The unit to be replaced provides air conditioning to the Kitchen which hosts activities for Youth Center pupils under staff oversight. Existing Air Handling Unit data: Manufacturer - JUCKER Model - J025AB Serial #0403132002 Capacity 2500m3/hr (610Pa) 380V/3phases/4 A/50Hz Requirement: Remove and dispose of existing Air Handling Unit; replace it in kind Note: Work request form received form HVAC Shop on 6/06/2025
