BOARD GOVERNANCE MINUTE TAKING SERVICES

The Organized Crime Agency of British Columbia, specifically the Board of Governance of the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit of British Columbia (CFSEU-BC), is soliciting proposals for professional board governance minute taking services. The selected provider will be responsible for producing accurate, impartial, and confidential meeting records, with draft minutes due within seven to ten business days following each meeting. The contract requires the provider to attend in-person meetings in Surrey, British Columbia, and to securely destroy confidential records upon request. Proposals are capped at a maximum value of 100,000 dollars and must be submitted by October 18, 2026, via BC Bid or email. Qualified proponents must demonstrate at least five consecutive years of experience providing similar services to organizations of comparable size and complexity, as well as at least three years of specific experience serving boards, executive committees, or public sector organizations. A critical requirement is the ability to secure a federal security clearance at the Enhanced Reliability Level (Level I) or higher. The award will be based on the highest overall ranking, evaluating mandatory criteria, a pass-fail reference check, and a pricing formula based on a fixed fee.
