The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for Carpet Removal and Parquet Installation Residential Property in The Hague, The Netherlands.
Submit your quotation by email to The Contracting Officer: Jonathan P. Wedd, Thehaguecontracts@state.gov ,indicating the solicitation number: 19NL80-26-Q-0015 on or before 5 P.M. local time on June 29, 2026. No proposal will be accepted after this time. The Embassy has organized a mandatory site visit on June 12, 2026, at 10 a.m. local time.
Prospective offerors should contact TheHaguecontracts@state.gov no later than June 9, 2026, for additional information and to arrange access to the premises. For a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:



1. Completed Standard form “SF-1449.”
2. PRICE/FINANCIAL PROPOSAL
3. The pricing Schedule on page 9


The U.S. Government intends to award a responsible company submitting a technically acceptable proposal, with the lowest price.
