CURRENT SITUATION: During the zone inspection with the ICO, it was recommended that the main AC Unit be replaced. REQUIREMENTS: Install an exhaust system designed to maintain appropriate ventilation flow, as determined by OSHA or other applicable safety standards. System design must be suitable for a 2,000 sq. ft. area and capable of effectively ventilating fumes from aerosols and other materials used in the assembly process. Ensure proper ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans are installed and meet industry standards for durability and safety. Conduct functional testing and certification to ensure compliance with ventilation requirements. Prepare the existing flooring by bead blasting or grinding to achieve the required surface profile for adhesion. Apply a two-part epoxy coating system with heavy flakes, following manufacturer instructions to ensure a slip-resistant finish. Ensure the epoxy flooring system is resistant to chemicals, abrasions, and wear, aligning with the operational needs of the assembly area. Conduct inspections and testing post-application to ensure compliance with safety and durability standards. Replace the packaged unit.
