The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed proposals from interested firms (Offerors) to conduct a three-year compensation market assessment to evaluate salary schedule structure advancement and any modifications of job classifications within the respective structure as described herein. The chosen firm will conduct an updated market study assessing 16 peer organizations as outlined by the City and will recommend any applicable structural and/or classification grade changes on an annual basis (for a three-year contract).
