The Department of Conservation and Recreation (agency) seeks a qualified licensed contractor to install approximately 5,524 square feet of outdoor concrete in multiple locations at Virginia’s High Bridge Trail State Park. A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting and site visit will be held at High Bridge Trail State Park at 1:00 PM (1300 EST) on Friday, September 11, 2026. Interested bidders MUST attend and stay for the ENTIRE meeting and site visit. The meeting will start promptly at 1:00 PM.
