The Department of Conservation and Recreation (agency) seeks a qualified licensed contractor to install approximately 5,524 square feet of outdoor concrete in multiple locations at Virginia’s High Bridge Trail State Park. Installation of approximately 30 linear feet of drain is also included. Concrete installed for all project tasks (see §II. B Task List) will routinely be subject to high and dynamic pedestrian and bicycle loads, freeze-thaw conditions, and de-icing chemicals.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting and site visit will be held at High Bridge Trail State Park at 1:00 PM (1300 EST) on Friday, September 11, 2026. Interested bidders MUST attend and stay for the ENTIRE meeting and site visit. The meeting will start promptly at 1:00 PM. Those planning to attend please RSVP to Timothy Hatton (timothy.hatton@dcr.virginia.gov) on or before close of business September 8, 2026.
