The Department of Defense's Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization at Scott Air Force Base plans to procure twenty-four licenses for Call Center Management Information Center Supervisory Work Stations from TMANet on a sole source basis. This procurement is justified under FAR 6.302 because TMANet holds proprietary data rights to the software, making it the only capable source for these licenses. The acquisition is not a formal solicitation, and although vendors may submit quotations, these must provide sufficient evidence that the licenses being quoted are appropriate. Such quotations will be evaluated competitively, but if no valid responses are received by the close of business on May 4, 2006, the contract will be awarded directly to TMANet. Interested vendors are invited to submit their quotations to the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization by the specified deadline for consideration. The contracting officers managing this procurement are Deborah Benscoter and Stephen Sprenger, who can be contacted via phone, fax, or email for more information. This purchase supports the Telecommunications Division of the Department of Defense and will be executed under the reference solicitation number DHQCSD06MPC0128, with performance taking place primarily at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
