This amendment is to correct the differing numbers between the RFQ and SOO in the 10'x18' wall advertisements, total quantity for the 10'x18' wall advertisements is TWO (2) each. SOO has been updated.


The contractor is responsible for securing the event center in the Duluth, MN area for the advertising locations. RFQ has been updated.


All other terms and conditions remain unchange.


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-04. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 541850 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is $34.5M dollars. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to award under a different NAICS if the company qualifies as a small business under the solicited NAICS.
