FOOD SERVICE_FLORENCE-DARLINGTON TECH

The State Fiscal Accountability Authority of South Carolina is soliciting a turnkey food service operation for the Florence-Darlington Technical College Main Campus, with an optional solution for the Health Science Campus. The selected contractor will be responsible for the procurement, preparation, and management of food court style fast food, including a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, salads, soups, pizzas, and breakfast items. The contract requires the provider to maintain a Health Department rating of A and adhere to all National Sanitation Foundation and South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control regulations. The agreement features an initial one year term starting January 25, 2027, with four subsequent one year renewal options, extending the maximum contract period to January 24, 2032. Financial terms include a guaranteed monthly minimum of 700 dollars paid to the college, with additional commissions on gross sales. Awards will be based on a weighted evaluation of technical aspects (40 points), organizational experience and capabilities (35 points), and the proposed commission and monthly minimum (25 points). Contractors must provide comprehensive liability insurance and certify that no organizational conflicts of interest exist.
