This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number 12FPC326Q0039 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the FSA  OBBBA Texas Training. 


The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 721110. The small  business size standard is $40 million. This acquisition is Unrestricted- Full and Open Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 


The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency (FSA) is conducting an employee training. It is required to obtain a room block for lodging, conference space, and audiovisual equipment as outlined in Appendix A of the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for approximately 360 participants. 



The Government will look at the available options for a single location in College Station, Texas. 
The hotel must be able to have lodging availability for approximately 360 participants within the 
same hotel that the conference will take place for the dates of August 24-28, 2026. The conference 
dates will take place August 25-27, 2026.
