Full Description

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has issued an ITP (No. 2081-2025-067-06), pursuant to Section 2081(b) of the Fish and Game Code to PSIP WR Green River, LLC. The Green River Ranch Business Park Industrial Project (Project) includes a total of 78.87 acres of impacts, permanent and temporary, to undeveloped land. The Project includes the onsite construction of 50.53 acres associated with the Green River Ranch Business Park Industrial area which includes five proposed buildings, parking, and landscaping; grading of 2.57 acres of land that, after construction, will be established into an oak woodland mitigation area and protected by a conservation easement; and approximately 14.15 acres of grading associated with the creation of manufactured slopes for stabilization purposes and potential future residential development. If developed in the future, the 14.15-acre Estate Residential area is planned to accommodate a maximum of 32 residential lots. Offsite impacts, including both permanent and temporary, consist of 11.62 acres of improvements to roads and utilities and additional Business Park- Industrial uses. The Project will result in impacts to 78.87 acres of Crotchs bumble bee (Bombus crotchii) habitat including temporary impacts to 2.57 acres; the Project will permanently remove 76.04 acres of Crotchs bumble bee habitat. The project is expected to result in incidental take of Crotchs bumble bee, which is designated as a candidate species under the California Endangered Species Act (CESA). The ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
