San Mateo County Aging and Disability Services (ADS) is seeking to gather information from potential vendors through a Request for Letters of Interest (RFI) regarding systems capable of managing the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Public Authority provider registry, provider enrollment, and benefits management. The county aims to identify available marketplace solutions that can support a reliable provider registry database, ensuring accurate client-provider matching and compliance with data protection and regulatory standards. Additionally, the system should facilitate independent providers' orientation and enrollment processes, allowing them to input personal information, complete forms, and manage appointments efficiently. Currently, the county has an existing vendor for these services but is exploring other options to enhance or replace their current system. This RFI is solely for market research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or a commitment to procure services. Interested organizations are asked to submit a brief introduction of their company, including contact details and how they can provide relevant services, without detailed proposals at this stage. The county may follow up with selected respondents for further discussions or demonstrations, and responses will help inform future procurement decisions. The contract size is estimated between $500,000 and $2,000,000, with the opportunity to showcase current features, provide system demonstrations, and share references. The deadline for responses is May 9, 2025, and inquiries can be directed to Elaine Wang via email or phone.
