The Department of the Air Force, 56 Contracting Squadron, is solicitating a request for proposal for Install New Fiber Optic Cable (FOC) from Information Transfer Building (ITB) 910 to ITB 1365 at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Please reference the documents attached to this RFP which provide all details of the required work to be performed.


A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday 9 June 2026 at 0900am MST (Arizona does not participate in daylight savings time). Any personnel needing base passes should meet at the South Gate Visitors Center at 0800 with a REAL-ID compliant ID or 2 forms of unexpired acceptable alternative identification.


RFIs are due to the Points of Contact by 1200pm MST on 15 June 2026 using Attachment 8 - RFI Log, attached to this solicitation notice. Any RFIs submitted after this deadline may not be considered for response.


Proposals are due electronically to the Points of Contact for this solicitation no later than 30 June 2026 by 0200pm MST.


This procurement is an SBA CERTIFIED WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) SET ASIDE AND IS LIMITED TO SBA CERTIFIED WOSB. Contractors are required to be certified prior to contract award. All prospective contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), in order to be eligible for an award.


Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
