ITB 27-001 Switchgear Inspection, Testing and Repair Services

AlexRenew is soliciting bids under ITB-27-001 for a contractor to provide comprehensive inspection, testing, and repair services for switchgear, breakers, and transformers at its Water Resource Recovery Facility in Alexandria, Virginia. The scope of work includes annual preventive maintenance, primary and secondary injection testing, thermography, and emergency on-call repair services. The contractor is required to provide detailed PM reports in PDF format within three weeks of service completion, including testing results, photographs, and priced recommendations for corrective actions.
