AMENDMENT P00001, 15DDHQ24R00000004 DATED, 12/27/2023 @ 11:15am The purpose of this amendment is to post the questions and answers for this solicitation. See attachments for the "Questions and answers": document. No additonal questions will be accepted, as the deadline for questions was 12/26/2023 @ 3pm EST. The close date will NOT be extedned beyond 1/10/2024 @ 10am EST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation. This solicitation is a 100% 8(a) small business set-aside. As required by FAR 4.1102, offerors are required to be registered in SAM (The System for Award Management) at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. This solicitation is under NAICS 561431. All proposals shall be on an all or none basis, alternate proposals will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a proposal which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13.106 Simplified Acquisition Procedures - Soliciting competition, evaluation of quotations or offers, award and documentation, the Government intends to issue a single IDIQ Contract to the eligible, responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of this solicitation and offers the best value to the government in acccorance with the evaluation factors outlined in the solicitation. Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than December 26, 2023 at 3:00 PM ET. The deadline for submission of proposals is January 10, 2023 at 10:00 AM ET. All submissions (questions and/or proposals) shall be submitted electronically by email to contact@example.gov and contact@example.gov with the solicitation number included in the subject line.
