Operations Yard and Employee Parking Lot PV Solar and Battery Project (JN 225005)

The Operations Yard and Employee Parking Lot PV Solar and Battery Project (JN 225005) is a forecast initiative by the Padre Dam Municipal Water District located in Santee, California. The project involves the design and installation of a photovoltaic solar panel array, a battery system, and Level 2 EV charging stations. Solar panels will be installed on existing canopy roofs and new carport structures within the employee parking lot. The scope also includes minor alterations to existing structures and mechanical equipment, including necessary ADA upgrades. All work will be performed on existing District property at active operations facilities and within previously developed or disturbed areas.
