The property records affected are : AF UG Electrical #15KVUAF Location: WHIDBE-MVUAF, Runway 7-25 #201247 Location: WHIDBE-S51, Taxiway Charlie #203893 Location: WHIDBE-TXWY-CHARLIE, Apron #201259 Location: WHIDBE-S35, Taxiway Echo #201248 Location: WHIDBE-TXWY-ECHO JUSTIFICATION: P8A planes are substantially heavier than the concrete runways were designed therefore runway is prematurely failing.
