These services are to be delivered over a base year and up to four option years, with all work performed at specified buildings within Edwards AFB, CA. The contract anticipates firm-fixed-price terms and mandates that all personnel be GENEREX authorized, emphasizing technical certification and experience with similar systems. The solicitation incorporates numerous standard FAR and DoD-mandated clauses related to compliance with safeguarding covered defense information, restrictions on certain procurements, prohibition on contracting with entities requiring internal confidentiality agreements, and equal opportunity provisions, among others, reflecting a robust regulatory framework. Offerors must submit capability statements demonstrating relevant experience, certification, and business size classification, including CAGE and DUNS numbers, within a concise proposal limited to five double-spaced pages. Quotes are due by June 9, 2026, submitted electronically to specified Contracting Office points of contact. The contract administration data specifies Edwards AFB as the place of performance with administrative contacts provided, though details such as invoicing methods and inspection criteria are not explicitly defined. This solicitation represents the transition from market research via a Sources Sought/RFI phase towards formal procurement, aiming to select qualified small businesses capable of providing certified maintenance support to ensure reliable operation of critical standby power and battery monitoring assets at the base.
