RFP 26-2115 English as a Second Language Bridge Program

The University of Mary Washington is seeking qualified providers to deliver an English as a Second Language Bridge Program designed to support international students in transitioning from intensive English language instruction to fully enrolling in undergraduate or graduate degree programs at the university. The program must facilitate academic readiness by integrating language development with exposure to U.S. higher education expectations, including critical thinking, classroom participation, and academic writing, all tailored to prepare students for success in credit-bearing courses. Proposals must demonstrate proven experience in delivering such bridge programs, effective instructional methodologies, and measurable outcomes for student progression and retention. This solicitation, numbered RFP-124108 and titled RFP 26-2115 English as a Second Language Bridge Program, is open for responses until July 31, 2026, with proposals submitted through the designated vendor portal.
