The scope of work requires up to two deliveries per week, with specific windows from Monday to Tuesday and Wednesday to Thursday, while strictly prohibiting deliveries between 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to ensure student safety. Additionally, the contractor must provide Child Nutrition labeling and product specification sheets as required by OSPI and adhere to domestic preference regulations, ensuring over 51 percent of processed products consist of domestically grown agricultural commodities.
