The United States Embassy in Tegucigalpa, Honduras is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from a qualified public opinion research company to conduct a public opinion research program to monitor sentiment and opinion in Hondurans. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered.


The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
