W912EE - The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) Solicitation Number W912EE26BA004 for Chickasaw County, Mississippi, Mississippi Delta Headwaters Project, Bank Stabilization 23-01.
The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and constructing three (3) grade control structures in Chickasaw County, Mississippi. Principle features of work for the grade control structures include clearing and grubbing; excavation, backfill, embankment, control of water; storm water pollution prevention; and environmental protection.
The project has a completion period of 180 Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
This IFB will be for one (1) Firm Fixed-Price Construction Contract. This procurement is advertised as a total HUBZone small business set-aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $45 Million.
Bids will be evaluated based on lowest price submitted.

Bidders must have and maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://sam.gov and must include the NAICS code they are bidding under to receive a Government contract award. If the bidder is a Joint Venture (JV), the JV entity shall have valid SAM registration in the SAM database representing the JV as one business/firm/entity. If at the time of award a bidder is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective bidder.
