Special Notice - Official Bid AbstractAmendment 0003 - Revised Bid Schedule. Amendment 0002 - Revision to bid schedule and specifications concerning excavation for stone dikes and tiebacks, emphasis on bidder responsibility to coordinate on haul routes with counties involved. Amendment 0001 - Updated description to include instructions for finding documents through PIEE Solicitation Module links. W912EE - The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) Solicitation Number W912EE26BA004 for Chickasaw County, Mississippi, Mississippi Delta Headwaters Project, Bank Stabilization 23-01. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and constructing three 3 grade control structures in Chickasaw County, Mississippi. Principle features of work for the grade control structures include clearing and grubbing; excavation, backfill, embankment, control of water; storm water pollution prevention; and environmental protection. The project has a completion period of 180 Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. This IFB will be for one (1) Firm Fixed-Price Construction Contract. This procurement is advertised as a total HUBZone small business set-aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $45 Million. Bids will be evaluated based on lowest price submitted. The magnitude of this construction project is estimated to be between $1 Million and $5 Million. Bidders must have and maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://sam.gov and must include the NAICS code they are bidding under to receive a Government contract award. If the bidder is a Joint Venture (JV), the JV entity shall have valid SAM registration in the SAM database representing the JV as one business/firm/entity. If at the time of award a bidder is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective bidder.
