The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to rent event tents for use at the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom" Air and Space Show. The Government requires the rental of:


  • One (1) 40ft x 80ft tent - will serve as our command tent (GRASS)
  • One (1) 40ft x 75ft tent - will serve as our STEM tent (GRASS)
  • Three (3) 15ft x 30ft tent - will serve as our security tents (CONCRETE)
  • One (1) 40ft x 135ft tent - will serve as FSS Sponsor tent (Grass)

In addition to the tents, the contractor will be responsible for providing weight ballasts (concrete or water) for all tents placed on the concrete. For all tents placed on grass, the contractor will be responsible for proving anchors and the coordination of a dig permit with the Offutt Air Show Office and 55th Civil Engineering Squadron.


In accordance with the Statementt of Work, all labor and materials must be delivered no later than 3:00 PM CDT on 6 August 2026. All tents shall be set up/installed no later than 8:00 AM CDT on 7 August 2026. Removal of tents shall begin no earlier than 3:00 PM CDT on 9 August 2026.
