Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for Aspire Communications to install a 4-inch conduit for fiber optic cables at five (5) separate locations within Caltrans right-of-way (ROW) along State Route (SR) 118 at post miles (PM) 16.230, R17.499, and 19.136, and SR-23 at PM R13.275 and T11.950, as well as perform traffic control activities, in the City of Moorpark, Ventura County. Excavation will have a minimum depth of 3 feet and a maximum depth of 7 feet, and an average width and length of 4 inches by 3454 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW will be acquired.
