AI Contract Overview
The Defense Health Agency is hosting virtual Industry Days from June 16 to 18, 2026, to engage with industry partners regarding the development of a centralized Enterprise Referral Care Coordination Center (RC3). This initiative aims to address current inefficiencies in healthcare coordination across over 110 fragmented contracts and call centers serving more than 9.6 million beneficiaries worldwide. The event is designed as a market research forum where the Government seeks input on commercially available technologies, best practices, and innovative solutions to standardize global appointment scheduling, referral management, and care coordination. While the DHA will provide a brief overview of its mission and capability gaps, the primary focus is on listening to industry perspectives to shape the future acquisition strategy without committing to any specific solution. Participants are invited to share their approaches through open forums and one-on-one sessions via Microsoft Teams, with detailed agenda information to be sent to confirmed registrants. All relevant details will be posted on SAM.gov in late May, and the event is explicitly not a solicitation, request for information, or procurement action. Attendance does not guarantee future opportunities or favorable consideration in any upcoming contracts, and no costs incurred by vendors will be reimbursed. Responses to this notice are strictly for informational purposes and cannot be construed as offers or binding commitments. All inquiries must be directed to the designated point of contact, and submissions are not accepted in any form outside the intended feedback mechanism.

While the DHA will provide a brief overview of the RC3 mission and our current capability gaps, our main objective is to gather market research on commercially available technology, best practices, and innovative service solutions. Global Care Coordination: Consistent, high-quality care coordination for all beneficiaries.
