Full Description
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award a Sole Source firm-fixed-price commercial service contract to Circana, LLC (Circana), 203 North LaSalle Street, Suite 1500, Chicago, IL, 60601, USA, for the Purchase of Supply Chain Monitoring – Infant Formula in accordance with the authority under FAR RFO Part 6.103-1 , Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
Circana is the only known source capable of obtain critical data needed to monitor the availability of infant formula products in the United States to support continuity of the FDA’s monitoring the infant formula supply chain - U.S. infant formula shortage initiative. No other sources have expressed an interest in writing in the proposed acquisition.
This acquisition is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR RFO Part 12 for the acquisition of commercial products and commercial services.
