Description of the Requirement: Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires the services of a Contractor to design and conduct electronic surveys in support of the evaluation of Student Work Placement Program. The surveys will target three stakeholder groups: • employers; • post-secondary education (PSE) students; and • PSE institutions.
