Pacific and Livermore Townhomes Project

The Pacific and Livermore Townhomes Project is a redevelopment initiative by the City of Livermore, California, located at 2930 Pacific Avenue. The project involves the demolition of two existing commercial buildings on a 6.54-acre site to make way for the construction of 15 residential buildings totaling 115 units. Additional site improvements include a pool area with associated equipment, clubhouse buildings, guest parking, an interior park, 26,052 square feet of open space, and 55,201 square feet of landscaping, along with necessary pedestrian and frontage enhancements. Technical assessments have confirmed that the site does not qualify as a historical resource and that the proposed development will not adversely affect local traffic operations.
