The U.S. Embassy in The Hague is soliciting competitive quotations for the purchase of one new, EU-spec luxury 4-door SUV under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), with an estimated value not exceeding $250,000. The vehicle must meet detailed technical specifications including a minimum 2.0L four-cylinder mild hybrid engine producing at least 240 horsepower, all-wheel drive, automatic transmission, five-passenger capacity, and at least 400 liters of baggage space. Required features include advanced safety systems such as adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, 360-degree camera, and pedestrian detection; interior amenities like heated and ventilated seats, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, wireless charging, European GPS, and privacy glass; and exterior elements such as LED headlights, alloy wheels, and roof rails.
