Retail Merchandise Center

The USPS is seeking a Supplier to conduct all Postal sites and retail channel order activities for Retail Marketing via the Postal Service's electronic ordering system (eBuy), telephone, fax and email. The Supplier must have capabilities to receive and reconcile payments, route order data to participating USPS licensed vendors; receive vendor shipment information; supply daily data feed to the electronic eBuy system for posting or deletions; create and transmit invoices for items shipped daily; and distribute funds to all vendors participating in the Retail Merchandise program. The Supplier must have capability to support a national network of USPS retail locations and demonstrate an ability to support all USPS retail channels, including, but not limited to 15,000 POS Post Offices located throughout the country, the U.S. territories, military installations, online and other retail selling channels. The successful supplier will be required to meet the requirements found in the attached - Supplier Interface Guide for Electronic Orders, dated March 19, 2004.
