Revised Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration Use Permit 24-0009

The Battle Creek Bottom Road Solar Project is a 3-megawatt alternating current solar energy facility to be constructed on approximately 25 acres of a 376-acre parcel in Shasta County, California, within the Eastern Upland Planning Area under the RB General Plan designation. The project will utilize single-axis tracking solar modules, steel racking systems anchored by driven piers, and string inverters to generate electricity, with a maximum structure height of 15 feet above ground.
