REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE HR Auditing Services RFI-EAC-24-006 This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources South Notice is issued by Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to find a viable small business vendor pool for HR Auditing Services. VENDORS MUST REVIEW THE ENTIRE REQUIREMENT AND SHALL ONLY RESPOND IF FULLY CAPABLE OF SATISFYING ALL ASPECTS OF THE REQUIREMENT. I. SCOPE SUMMARY (see DRAFT PWS for requirement details) EAC will utilize an outside vendor to perform three audits of their workforce planning and human capital procedures; including an audit of their Workforce Planning Process, Hiring Practices, and Performance Appraisal Process. The audits shall be conducted in accordance with generally accepted government auditing standards (GAGAS). The scope of the audits shall cover from fiscal year 2022 (October 1, 2021) to present. II. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The anticipated Period of Performance will be for one (1) 12-month base year starting on 12/01/2023. III. ADDITIONAL DETAILS NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
