RFQ 27-05723 Enterprise Observability Platform

The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking software and services to acquire and implement an enterprise observability platform under solicitation BD-27-1060-ITD00-ITD00-134241. This open market procurement is eligible for the Small Business Purchasing Program, and all respondents must be current bidders on Statewide Contract ITS86. The project focuses on establishing a scalable capability across infrastructure and cloud, with specific technical requirements for network observability, APM, tracing, logs, databases, digital experience, AIOps, and automation.
