This requirement is for Harbour Centre Workstations Replacement for Employment and Social Development Canada. Reissue of Bid Solicitation: This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 100029124B dated December 16, 2025, with the closing date of January 14, 2026, at 2:00 pm, EST. A debriefing will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation. Description of the Requirement: Service Canada, under Employment and Social Development Canada, requires dismantling, moving, transportation, and installation services to replace 334 existing workstations systems with ergonomic sit-stand desks. These desks have already been purchased and are currently stored in a warehouse. The services also include the transfer of the existing peripherals from the old desks to the new sit-stand desks, and intra-building moves of existing office furniture. All work must be completed outside of normal business hours, on weeknights and weekends. The project must be completed within 14 consecutive calendar days from the start date.
