How does CLEATUS find contracts for me?
It scans federal, state, local, and city sources and matches them to your Company Profile and Bid/No Bid preferences. Contract Search sorts results by relevancy and updates daily as we get new contracts. Strong matches are added to your Pipeline automatically once a week.
How do I add a contract to my Pipeline?
From Contract Search (left side navigation menu, under Contracts), click Add to Pipeline—or go to Pipeline → Import Contract (imports are visible only to your organization).
What if I don't like the contracts CLEATUS finds?
Refine your Company Profile—especially Bid/No Bid (regions, value range, contract types, certifications, timelines)—to tighten matches. Remove irrelevant items from Pipeline, then use Contract Search to add better fits; if a contract isn't listed, Import Contract by uploading the files (organization-only).
How do I find contracts?
Use Contract Search (left side navigation menu, under Contracts) to browse by keyword and filters; strong matches also auto-appear in your Pipeline based on your Company Profile.
How do I add users to my account?
Admins can invite teammates from Organization Settings → Users: click Invite, enter their email, and choose a role. Full steps and screenshots: /help-center/billing/adding-users
How do I write a proposal with CLEATUS?
Add the contract to Pipeline, open the card, and use AI Assistant or Proposal Writer to generate and export drafts.
I own/manage multiple companies—can I add more?
Yes. CLEATUS supports multiple companies, each with its own Pipeline, Document Hub, Users, and Company Profile. Add another via Organization Settings → Companies.
Where do I upload my documents?
Use Document Hub → Upload (or drag & drop) to add files or create manual content blocks. All content stays organization-only and is reusable in Proposal Writer and the AI Assistant
How do notifications work?
Enable Notifications on a contract to receive email alerts for updates—including amendments and deadline changes.
Is my data private?
Yes—content, imports, and Pipeline items are organization-only, with role-based access in the app.
