CLEATUS is an agentic platform for government contractors. Artificial intelligence (AI) runs through every part of the product. The CLEATUS agent plans, reasons, and completes multi-step capture work for your team. One workspace holds opportunity discovery, market intelligence, your pipeline and customer relationship management (CRM), proposal writing, and workflow automation.

How it works
- Start your free trial and complete your Capture Profile: company details, capabilities, preferences, and experience.
- Review the contracts that CLEATUS recommends for you. Each match has a score and an explanation.
- Add the best matches to your pipeline. Each one becomes a pursuit.
- Ask the agent to analyze the solicitation, check the requirements, and plan the bid.
- Write the proposal in the Proposal Writer, with content from your Document Hub.
- Automate recurring steps with Workflows.
- Track tasks, assignments, and phases with your team until you submit.
Workflows
Workflows is the automation engine in CLEATUS. You build multi-step sequences in a visual editor, or you describe the process and CLEATUS builds the workflow for you.
- Triggers: start a workflow when a new recommendation arrives, a contract enters your pipeline, a pursuit changes phase, a contract is updated or awarded, or a pursuit document is uploaded. A workflow can also run on a schedule, from a webhook, or by hand.
- AI steps: an AI Agent step reads documents and data and makes a decision, such as a Go/No-Go recommendation. If / Else and Filter steps route the result.
- Actions: send email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams messages, update pursuits and custom fields, create tasks, save documents to Google Drive or SharePoint, and start a proposal.
- Templates: start from ready-made workflows, such as the Amendment Tracker, the Award Tracker, and the PWin Scoring Agent (probability of win).
- Run history: see the status of every step in every run.

Frequently asked questions
How does CLEATUS find contracts for me?
The artificial intelligence (AI) matching engine reads each solicitation and scores it against your Capture Profile. It weighs your capabilities, your preferences, and your award history. Strong matches appear in Contracts > Recommended.
Pick your sources under Capture Profile > Company Details > Contract Source. The sources are:
- Federal contracts on SAM.gov.
- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) requests on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). To look up a part by its National Stock Number (NSN), see NSN Lookup.
- State, local, and education procurement.
- Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) solicitations.
- Federal grants.
- Forecasts of upcoming federal opportunities.
How do I add a contract to my Pipeline?
In Contracts > Search, click Add to Pipeline on a contract. In Contracts > Recommended, click Accept. To track a contract that is not in CLEATUS, open Contracts > Imported Contracts and click Import Contract. Imported contracts are visible only to your organization.
Can CLEATUS add strong matches to my Pipeline automatically?
Yes, with a workflow. Workflows are on the DATA + AI + Automations plan and above. Create a workflow from the Auto-Add to Pipeline template, which adds high-scoring recommendations to your pipeline. See Creating a Workflow.
Does CLEATUS have a CRM?
Yes. Open CRM (customer relationship management) in the sidebar. It keeps the People, Companies, and Agencies that your team works with. Add custom fields to pursuits and records, write notes that mention them, and assign tasks. The CRM is on the DATA + AI plan and above. See CRM.
What if I don't like the contracts CLEATUS finds?
Refine your Capture Profile:
- Strengthen any Low-strength capabilities on the Capabilities tab.
- Add Avoid or Must Avoid preferences on the Preferences tab.
- Check your contract sources, place of performance, and set-asides on the Company Details tab.
Dismiss the recommendations that do not fit. CLEATUS learns from each one. You can also tell the agent what you want more or less of.
How do I find contracts?
Use Contracts > Search to search by keyword and filters. Save a search to get alerts, and find your saved searches under Contracts > Custom Alerts. Strong matches also appear in Contracts > Recommended.
How do I add users to my account?
Owners and admins invite teammates from Settings > Users and Teams. Click Invite User, enter their email, and choose a role. Full steps: adding users.
How do I write a proposal with CLEATUS?
Add the contract to your pipeline. Then open a proposal from Proposals or from the pursuit. The proposal writer drafts each volume with your solicitation, Capture Profile, and Document Hub files as context. See Writing a Proposal.
I own or manage multiple companies. Can I add more?
Yes. Each company has its own pipeline, Document Hub, and Capture Profile. To add one, open Settings > Companies and click Add a New Company. See Managing multiple companies.
Where do I upload my documents?
Open Document Hub and click Upload a File, or drag files onto the page. You can also connect Google Drive or SharePoint. The agent and the proposal writer use these files.
How do notifications work?
Open Settings > Notifications to choose your alerts. Turn each type on or off for email and in-app alerts. The types include Amendments, Deadlines, Awards, Saved Searches, and Recommendations. See Using Settings.
Can I use CLEATUS from Claude or ChatGPT?
Is my data private?
Yes. Your documents, imported contracts, and pipeline items are visible only to your organization. Roles control what each user can access in the app.
